AdForge (“we”, “us”, operated by WebuildCrew (webuildcrew.com)) provides a service that generates short vertical video advertisements from a product page you submit — including an AI-written script, a synthesized voiceover, captions, stock or AI-generated visuals, and optionally an AI-animated presenter (“Avatar mode”). These Terms govern your use of AdForge (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use AdForge. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering.
AdForge runs on a one-time credit system, not a subscription. New accounts receive a number of free credits on signup. Additional credits are purchased in packs through our payment processor, Lemon Squeezy, which acts as merchant of record for these purchases (handling payment processing and applicable sales tax). One credit is spent per standard video render; optional “Premium” script/voice generation and Avatar-mode rendering cost additional credits, disclosed before you confirm generation. Credits are consumed only for completed steps — if a render fails for a reason on our side, the credits charged for it are refunded automatically to your balance. Purchased credits do not expire but have no cash value and are non-transferable and non-refundable except where required by law or as described above.
You're solely responsible for the product pages, text, and images you submit to AdForge, and for the accuracy of any claims (price, features, benefits) in the resulting script. You confirm that you have the necessary rights to use the product images and text you submit, and that you will not use the Service to:

Avatar mode lip-syncs your generated voiceover onto a video clip — either one from the small stock library bundled with the Service, or a video you upload yourself. If you upload your own video, you must confirm it shows either yourself or someone who has given you explicit permission to use their likeness this way; uploaded avatars are private to your account and are never shown to or usable by any other user. You may not use Avatar-mode output (bundled or uploaded) to imply that the person shown is a real endorser of the product, a real customer, or any specific real individual other than as your own on-screen presenter.
Scripts, voiceovers, and visuals are generated by third-party and in-house AI models and may contain errors, awkward phrasing, or occasional mistranslations. You are responsible for reviewing every generated video before publishing it. AdForge is a production tool, not a compliance or legal-review service — you remain responsible for ensuring your ads comply with advertising law and platform policies (e.g. Meta, TikTok, Google) in the markets where you publish them.
Generating a video may route data (product text, images, generated scripts, or audio) to third-party AI and media providers, including but not limited to Google Gemini, Groq, OpenAI, Anthropic, ElevenLabs, fal.ai, Pexels, and Pixabay, solely to produce your video. Their own terms and privacy practices apply to that processing; see our Privacy Policy for details.
As between you and us, you own the videos generated from your own product data (subject to any third-party rights in stock footage, music, or avatar clips used to produce them, which are licensed for use within videos produced by the Service). We own the AdForge software, brand, and platform, and nothing in these Terms transfers that to you.
You may stop using AdForge and close your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or if required by law. Unused credits are not refunded on account closure except where required by law.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or the ads you generate and publish with it. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the “Last updated” date above; continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
